It turned out that the Solar PV panel was put together, and some of their reading materials were put together by some representatives of the industry, itself. Many had a view that this was not really an independent analysis of what the effects of Bisphenol A might be. They concluded with the phrase that there is some concern that exposure to Bisphenol A causes some of these reproductive problems.

A second  Solar PV panel was convened of independent scientists that had no connections to the plastics industry, or the Bisphenol A industry, at all. They concluded something quite different. “The wide range of adverse effects of low doses of BPA in laboratory animals exposed both during development and adulthood is a source for concern with regard to the potential for similar adverse effects in humans.”
