What should I do first?” David touched on it before, there’s no point in super insulating your house if you’ve got single glazing and may be install Solar PV system. This specialist assessor will come out and say, “Well actually, you shouldn’t do that, but you should do this, and you should do this.” Do the calculation. Make sure it ties into the Golden Rule. Then the funding is released and you get the product in there.

David: Yeah. We’ve estimated that if we just got back from pre-recession levels, got back to that level from where we are today, that would create about 10,000 jobs in the window industry, all the way from glass manufacturing to window installation.
